Information you choose to share

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, enquiry topic and message. A financing category is optional. Please do not include identity documents, passwords, account details or sensitive financial information.

These details are used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the next steps. Sending an enquiry does not create a financing agreement.

Email drafts and online delivery

When the form offers an email draft, your entries stay in your browser until you open the draft in your email app. The website does not submit that draft to OSOB. You choose whether to send it.

When online sending is available and you select Send Enquiry, the website sends your enquiry to OSOB using the Resend email delivery service. Your name, reply email, topic, selected financing category and message are included. When database storage is enabled, these details and your consent time are also stored in OSOB’s Supabase project so OSOB can respond even if email delivery is interrupted. An enquiry record is not a financing application or approval.

Security and request information

The hosting service may process basic request information, such as IP address, browser details and the page requested, to deliver and protect the website.

Online sending limits repeated requests using Supabase database storage or an Upstash rate limiter, depending on the enabled configuration. A keyed hash of the request IP address, rather than the raw address, is used to count requests within a ten-minute window. Expired Supabase rate-limit records are removed when further enquiries are processed; Upstash records expire automatically. Enquiry text and email addresses are not included in those rate-limit records.

Cookies, analytics and storage

This version of the website does not include advertising trackers or visitor analytics. The enquiry form does not save its entries in browser local storage. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Your questions and requests

Contact OSOB to ask about the information in your enquiry, how long correspondence is kept, or to request access, correction or deletion. Verification may be needed before information can be shared or changed.

Email correspondence and information supplied through other OSOB channels are handled separately from the website. Ask OSOB for the applicable customer data policy before submitting sensitive documents.
